Service Description
For clients who have been approved to hop on Starria's calendar to further discuss strategic ideas, creative direction, and storytelling for existing projects. Clients who currently don't have an active/open project with Starria Design & Consulting are exempt from booking.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best service for all clients, please note the following: - Appointments can be booked up to one week in advance. - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. - Rescheduling is allowed only for confirmed appointments, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the consultation. - A $50 fee applies to cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment and to no-shows. This policy applies to all services and courses effective March 3, 2025.
